For more than forty years, 5th DAN Black Belt and studio owner Larry Treger has been perfecting his art. Together with Master Elizabeth Treger, a 4^th DAN Black Belt, they share their wealth of knowledge on the foundation of character, patience, confidence, and respect.

A Blend of Programs & Techniques

Treger Studio This dojo isn’t partial to one style of martial arts. While the emphasize Tae Kwon Do in their practices, they believe in incorporating a variety of other techniques into their programs as well. Many of their programs touch on Aikido, Karate, and Jiu Jitsu to provide students with a well-rounded martial arts education.
