Q: What are the COVID safety practices like here?
A:
We are requiring masks upon entry. We have signs posted stating so and also requiring social distancing according to CDC suggestions. We have hand sanitizer placed throughout the building. We require our employees to sanitize their hands and work area as recommended by the CDC.

Q: Do you offer discounts for college grads?
A: 
Yes! We offer bonus cash for current students and recent college grads. We also offer bonus cash for first responders, military personnel, and educators!

Q: How do I join Chevy Rewards?
A: 
You can sign up for Chevy Rewards right on our website. If you look under our New Inventory tab, you'll find our My Rewards Chevrolet page to sign up.

Q: Can I trade in a car that isn't a Chevy?
A: 
Yes, we accept all makes and models!

Q: What are your sales hours?
A:
We are open Monday & Thursday 8:30 am - 9 pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm. Saturday 8:30 am - 4 pm. We are currently closed on Sunday.

Q: What should I look for when test driving a car?
A:
We recommend making a checklist that includes but is not limited to comfort, functionality, and technology, as well as overall driving experience. Creating a list of things to make note of when test driving a car, will help you get a better sense of whether the model matches your driving style and buying criteria.

Q: Can I trade in my car here even if I don't plan on buying a car from you?
A: Yes! After inspecting your car, we will either give you a cash offer or a credit to put towards a new vehicle if you plan on buying from us.

Q: What is the difference between buying and leasing a car?
A: 
Monthly payments tend to be cheaper with a lease than when financing a car because leasing pays for the depreciation of the vehicles versus the price of the vehicle itself. Leasing a car is like renting it for a fixed term, while you make monthly payments then return it at the end of the lease. Buying a car means you finance the vehicle with the help of an auto loan.

Q: What is the difference between a used and certified pre-owned vehicle?
A:
While both used and certified pre-owned vehicles are both technically used, CPO vehicles have to fall within certain guidelines to be labeled as such. Some guidelines are that the vehicle must have mileage under a certain number, vehicle should be under a certain amount of years old, it must have an almost spotless vehicle history report, and successfully passing a multi-point inspection.

Q: Do you offer commercial vehicles I can purchase for my business?

While, there isn't a best day or time to purchase a vehicle, our team recommends the weekdays as the weekends tend to be busy. During the week, our experts can take the time to focus on you and your car needs to help you make the best purchase possible!  

Q: When is the best day and time to purchase a car?

Yes, we offer a commercial inventory that includes a variety of trucks, vans, and commercial vehicles that you can purchase for your business.

Q: I'm in the market for a new car but I'm not sure which vehicle is best for my lifestyle. Can you help?

Q: I don't have the best credit, can I still get approved for a car?
A: 
Our financing experts have experience arranging financing for a large range of buyers with varying credit. To check your credit, fill out our Credit Application or feel free to call our Finance Center.

Q: Can I trade my car in even if I haven't paid it off yet?
A: 
Yes, you can still trade in your car with us even if you still have a payoff!

Q: Do you offer warranties?

Q: I'd like to buy out my leased vehicle, how do I do that?
A: 
There is a lease-buyout process you will have to go through with our finance team. Feel free to give us a call or come in to meet with our team to complete the process!

Q: Can I complete my finance application online?
A: 
Yes - you can complete the pre-approval process online to speed up the process if you are looking to come into our dealership OR you can complete the entire car buying process from home with our Feldman Virtual Assistant tool!

Q: Do you offer military discounts?
A: Yes! We have a Chevrolet Military Program for Active Duty members, Reservists, Veterans, National Guard Members and Retirees – including spouse and household members.
 
Q: Can I buy a car online?
A: Yes! You can use our Skip the Line Buy Online tool found in our inventory to complete the entire car buying process from home.
 
Q: How can I estimate my monthly payments before I buy a car?
A: We have a Payment Calculator feature on our website that allows you to estimate payments for your new vehicle. You can find it under the Finance tab on our website!

Q: I don't see the type of car I want in your inventory. Is there a way to know if you get it in the dealership?
A: Yes, we have a "Find My Car" feature on our website that allows you to be notified if we receive stock of the car you're looking for. Find the form  on our website's navigation bar.

Q: What vehicles are eligible for tax credit?
A: All electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles are eligible for a tax credit in certain areas at the state and federal level. Talk with our finance department to discuss possible tax credit eligibility for the vehicle you are interested in!

Q: I'm looking to trade in my vehicle, do you have a tool that gives me my vehicles worth before trading it in?
A: Yes! We have a "Value My Trade" feature for this purpose on our website.
