Highland, MI Lifted Truck Service
WHAT IS THE LIFTED TRUCK SERVICE ALL ABOUT?
A Chevy Silverado is an attractive truck at stock level. For those who live life on the taller side, a lifted truck is the way to go. Many of the Silverado owners decide early on about these truck lifts because of the work that will be associated with the truck. If they are spending a lot of time off-road, then the higher ground clearance is essential. If towing is going to be a primary job for the Silverado, then a higher lift has shown to enhance towing performance. Lifts can also safely drive through more dangerous weather such as mud and snow that has accumulated during or after a storm.

WHY SHOULD I HAVE IT DONE?
If you purchased your Silverado for farm or ranch work, then you should consider having the lifted service. A lifted truck allows for larger tires to be placed. Having large mud tires give your Silverado the grip and ability to perform its off-road duties in mud or deep snow conditions. They even allow your truck to operate over rocks. The earlier you manage to have it lifted, the better the performance will be when you are hauling, towing, and driving off-road. This is an essential service for any Silverado that will be used for more than a daily commute.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T DO IT NOW?
If you plan to use your truck for off-road work or hauling, but you opt against the lifted service, then you immediately limit your work capabilities because a stock Silverado will not have the ground clearance that one which is lifted will. You are still able to haul and tow with your Silverado, but the performance will slowly decline over time.< For example, towing a camper with a lifted truck allows the weight advantage of the truck, and is more secure. Ultimately, not getting the lifted service for a working Silverado puts the performance of the truck at a disadvantage.
